Shipping Policy
All of our pieces at Juniper Studios are handmade with care, and we take pride in dedicating the time needed to craft each order properly.
Standard Orders (No Personalization): Please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment before shipping.
Custom Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for fulfillment before shipping.
Commissions: Please allow 6–7 business days for fulfillment before shipping.
We understand that sometimes you may need your order sooner for a gift or special occasion. If that's the case, please email us at juniperstudiosto@gmail.com before placing your order and we'll do our best to make it happen!
Return & Exchange Policy
At Juniper Studios, every piece is handmade with love and care, and we want you to be completely happy with your order.
Returns
Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns at this time. Please read product descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on non-personalized items within 13 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your order, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll do everything we can to make it right, including offering a full refund or exchange with paid shipping costs!
